Our Club was established in 1948 and was the first Lawn Bowls Club within the Manningham Council area. In 2023 we will celebrate our 75th Anniversary with a range of activities and undertakings that recognises our success in the local community
The Club continues to be a very successful and competitive Club being a regular winner in the Pennant Competitions it competes in.
Our bowling undertakings are supported with:
- An eleven rink Tifdwarf green. Regarded as one of the best lawn greens in the Municipality
- All year-round bowling that suits your time and lifestyle
- Off street parking for up to 30 vehicles, with surrounding streets and venues providing additional parking spaces
- A well-equipped clubhouse and functions area with bar and kitchen. Available for Club and private functions.
Our Club is a haven for:
- Members to enjoy a Club atmosphere and ethic that values sporting participation for all ages and abilities.
- It is a Club that demonstrates community spirit, inclusiveness, honesty and friendship, good sportsmanship but most importantly promotes ‘having a good time’.
- Whether it’s an after-game round of drinks or a drop in at the local cafes and coffee shops, the Templestowe Bowling Club and its environs offers a wonderful atmosphere.

Come and partake of our relaxed environment that offers an introduction to bowling with fun-filled barefoot bowls on a Friday night during summer in a very relaxed and friendly environment.
